5400 Layoffs at AmEx
Despite the shifty economy the multimillion dollar credit card company American Express is looking to layoffs 5,400 people. Overall first quarter earnings were reported less than expected, these layoffs will offset these figures. American Express card members spending habits it seems earnings were up 8 percent than they were a year ago.
