American Airlines revising WARN notice to reflect 48 Alliance layoff delays
The timeline was revised and as a result, employment loss is now expected to occur on or around January 31, 2013, for 21 Mechanics and 27 Stock Clerks at the Alliance Maintenance Base,wrote Michael Waldron, a managing director at American. American is closing the carrier’s reorganization in bankruptcy court.
